120-DAY PRICE PROMISE 

YOU CAN receive a refund of 100 percent of the price difference should you find the same mattress set you purchased from us advertised at a lower price by us or a local competitor within 120 days after the purchase date. The price comparison must include all value-added services such as free or gift items, free delivery and financing options. Simply bring in the relevant advertisement and we will credit your account or process a refund check. Price Promise refunds are not available on mattresses or products purchased as clearance items, floor models, special purchases, promotional items, door busters, discontinued merchandise, or products offered by exclusive online sites such as EBay, Overstock and Craig’s List, etc. Additionally, refunds cannot be given if a competitor advertises a price that does not comply with applicable manufacturer pricing guidelines.

 

120-NIGHT COMFORT PROMISE

YOU CAN exchange your mattress purchase one time after the original purchase, within 120 days of purchase, for a new mattress of equal or greater value, provided you have slept on it a minimum of 30 nights, have completed our comfort concern questionnaire, and have kept it in like-new condition by using a mattress protector purchased at the same time as the mattress purchase, from Mattress Warehouse, Sleep Outfitters or Mattress King. Payment of a $99 fee is required before the exchange can be completed. You may not return products purchased. You may not exchange goods obtained as a warranty replacement or purchased “as is”, such as floor models or outlet products. Specialty sizes such as Split King, California King, and Split California King are not eligible for exchange under the 120-night comfort promise. Also, adjustable foundations, pillows, mattress protectors, and sheets are not eligible for exchange under the comfort promise. Upon exchange the customer will be responsible for the full retail amount for any gift with purchase (GWP) offered at time of sale. The invoice amount of GWP is not reflective of the actual retail value of the product.  This includes special offers, soft goods, and promotional items.

LAYAWAYS 

YOU CAN layaway products in our retail locations only. You must make a 10 percent, nonrefundable deposit and monthly payments. The layaway term is 6 months from the date of deposit. There are no refunds on cancelled layaways. If there is no payment activity, layaways will be cancelled after 60 days, and you will be eligible to apply the deposit and monthly payments to a purchase completed within one year from the date of the last payment. If the layaway item becomes discontinued, we will work with you to identify an appropriate substitute item.

 

IMPORTANT WARRANTY INFORMATION 

MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTIES. You will receive a written copy of each manufacturer’s warranty for your product(s) and any extended warranty you may purchase.  You may review those warranties prior to any purchase.  We act as a warranty service center for certain manufacturers, which may allow us to assist you with the process of filing a warranty claim with those specific manufacturers. The manufacturer retains the right to service warranty claims directly as well. Extended warranty claims are managed directly through the extended warranty company. WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR MERCHANTABILITY. We offer no other warranties, express or implied. Our sales staff is not authorized to make additional warranties or promises of performance, whether oral or written. We also disclaim liability for consequential or incidental damages. However, consumer warranty laws differ from state to state, so your rights may vary.

 

 ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

  • A customer may exchange a box spring once within 30 days of original delivery date for a different size for a re-delivery fee of $79.99. The customer is responsible for any price difference based on purchase price of reselection.
  • Any refund may take up to 21 days to be processed. Typical time frame is between 3-14 business days depending on original method of payment.
  • We offer free delivery on all invoices $599 and over. Purchases below $599 require a $49.99 delivery fee.
  • We use an environmentally friendly recycling service. We can remove your old mattress or box spring on a piece for piece basis with the new product for a charge of $19.99. This value-added service covers the removal of the old product from your home, recycling services, and transportation to the recycling vendor.
