I am just sorry I never bought the mattress and the base sooner. I walked in the store after researching on the internet for months but was still doubtful about what mattress would best suit my needs. Jen asked me about my overall health conditions. I told her that I had been in 2 car wrecks, suffer from lower back and shoulder pain. Jen was very polite and professional and also had a great sense of humor! Jen was very detailed and knowledgeable about the mattress and had me do many demonstrations without ever making me feel obligated.The mattress speaks for itself and the bed was delivered and set up the next day.
