120-DAY PRICE PROMISE
- WE CAN refund 120 percent of the price difference should you find the same mattress set you purchased from us advertised at a lower price by a local competitor within 120 days of the purchase date. The price comparison must include all value-added serviced, such as free or gift items, free delivery and financing options. Simply bring in the relevant advertisement, and we will credit your account or mail a refund check.
- WE CAN refund 100 percent of the price difference if we advertise, within 120 days of purchase, a lower price for the mattress set you purchased. The price comparison must include all value-added services, such as free or gift items, free delivery and financing options.
- WE CANNOT offer Price Promise refunds on mattresses and products purchased as clearance items, floor models, special purchases, promotional items, door busters, discontinued merchandise, or products offered by online sites such as EBay, Overstock and Craig's List, etc.
- WE CAN refund the purchase price of mattress sets if: 1) The product is slept on for at least 30 nights. 2) The product is returned within 45 days of purchase. 3) The product is in like-new condition. 4) The product was used with a mattress protector purchased from Mattress Warehouse, Sleep Outfitters, or Mattress King at the same time as the mattress purchase. 5) The product must bear no dirt, stains, rips, burns or unsanitary conditions. Refunds are subject to a 10% of retail price return fee.
- WE CAN refund extended service policies as long as they are canceled within 25 days of delivery.
- WE CANNOT refund the price of adjustable bases, special or custom-sized merchandise, outlet, clearance or floor sample mattress sets, or final sale items such as pillows, sheets, mattress protectors, and other accessories. New Unopened soft goods can be returned.
- PLEASE NOTE: Items given away as free during purchase will have the retail price assigned to them during a refund transaction, and the amount of their value will be deducted from the refund total.
120-NIGHT COMFORT PROMISE
- WE CAN exchange your mattress and or box springs once, within 120 days of purchase, for a new mattress set of equal or greater value, provided you have slept on it a minimum of 30 nights, and have kept it in like-new condition by using a mattress protector purchased from Mattress Warehouse, Sleep Outfitters or Mattress King at the same time as the mattress purchase. A $120 exchange fee is required before the exchange date. Warranty replacements are also eligible for this exchange. Adjustable foundations are not.
- WE CANNOT offer an additional refund once a comfort exchange has been completed.
- WE CAN order special-sized mattress sets. The customer is responsible for supplying accurate measurements and a 50 percent nonrefundable deposit. Special orders usually take 2-12 weeks to deliver.
- WE CANNOT assume responsibility for special-order manufacturing or shipping delays.
- WE CAN lay away products. The customer must make a 10 percent, nonrefundable deposit and scheduled monthly payments. The layaway term is 6 months from the purchase date.
- WE CANNOT offer refunds on cancelled layaways. If there is no account activity, layaways will be cancelled after 60 days, and the customer will receive a credit to their account good for one year from the date of the last payment. If the layaway item becomes discontinued, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value.
IMPORTANT WARRANTY INFORMATION
- WE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE ADOPT MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES. The manufacturer warrants its own products in accordance with a written warranty that accompanies the product. You have the right to see the manufacturer's written warranty before making a purchase. We act as a warranty service center for certain manufacturers which allow us to assist consumers with the process of filing warranty claims.
