All Sleep Outfitters are following COVID safety protocols like physical distancing and disinfecting between visits. Additionally, our Outfitters will wear masks when requested, and in high-transmission areas as outlined by the CDC.
Our safety checklist
Here are the steps we're taking to ensure the safety of our guests and Outfitters:
CLEAN STORE ENVIRONMENT
We're disinfecting every touchpoint (mattresses, desks, pens, card readers, etc.) in between guests.
Our Outfitters will stay at least six feet away from guests and we won't shake hands.
MASKS AND MORE
Masks are not required if the area in which the store is locate is considered to have low or medium transmission rates, as defined by the CDC, unless local rules and regulations require wearing a mask. If a location is considered to have high transmission rates as defined by the CDC, Outfitters that are not fully vaccinated will be required to wear masks until the location drops to low or medium. The following are our additional mask requirements:
1) If a guest enters the store wearing a mask, we will wear a mask.
2) If a guest asks us to wear a mask in the store, we will wear a mask.
NO-CONTACT OR IN-HOME DELIVERY
We've implemented enhanced delivery procedures to safeguard your home and family. If you choose to have products delivered and set up inside your home, our delivery Outfitters will will wear masks if a guest is wearing a mask or asks that our delivery Outfitters wear a mask. We also wear gloves, and booties in your home. Or, if you prefer, we can deliver to your front door or garage for a contact-free experience.
Private shopping appointments
For our guests who are at higher risk, those with special needs, the elderly, or anyone who would feel more comfortable shopping by themselves, we are offering private shopping. Just call your local store or chat with Guest Services to schedule an appointment.
