Everyone knows how important sleep is, but the demand of our daily routines does not always allow for it. The CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) has announced that the lack of sleep among Americans is becoming an epidemic. An epidemic is a widespread occurrence of an infectious disease in a community at a particular time. Lack of sleep is being placed in a category among serious illnesses - Crazy, right?
When we have a fitful night’s rest, the next day we suffer for it at work by having short tempers, lack of focus, a bigger appetite, even forgetfulness. Most commonly among Americans is a bad mattress in general – old, lumpy, sagging, etc… but the longer you sleep on a mattress that is making you achy and sore, the worse it will be in the long run of correcting the problem and alleviating pressured areas on your body.
The month of May is said to be the BEST time to buy a mattress. Do you know why? It is the biggest month for celebrations such as weddings, graduations, baby booms, etc., not to mention: Memorial Day.
Here at Sleep Outfitters, we know how important the perfect mattress is for you during any stage in life, and to make it even easier for you to get what you need, we are offering HUGE savings just for you this Memorial Day weekend.
