At Sleep Outfitters, your comfort is always our highest priority. Now that we’ve reopened our stores, we’re doing everything possible to make sure you’re as comfortable shopping as you are sleeping!
To ensure the well-being of our guests and Outfitters, we’ve implemented some common-sense shopping protocols, based on the CDC’s guidelines and state government recommendations. These include limiting the number of guests in our stores at any one time. If there are other guests shopping when you arrive, there will be a number posted on the door to call and find out the wait time or schedule a private shopping appointment.
Our Outfitters are required to wear a mask and gloves while with a guest. We’re also ensuring that Outfitters and guests are staying at least six feet apart and, for now, we won’t be shaking hands. We are disinfecting our stores at opening, closing, and between each guest visit, and providing disposable mattress and pillow shields for our guests. Each store is equipped with hand sanitizer, gloves and masks for your use. We are requiring that all guests wear a mask while shopping. Finally, we’re offering you two options for delivery. You can choose “no contact” threshold delivery to your front door, garage or anywhere outside your home. Or you can choose our full-service, in-home delivery and set-up. To ensure your safety and that of our delivery Outfitters, we require that everyone present wear a mask. Our Outfitters will also wear disposable gloves and booties in your home.

We are excited to welcome you back in our stores! Our Outfitters are ready to outfit you with a custom sleep solution, based on your individual sleep needs. But we understand that some of you might not be comfortable shopping in stores just yet. If so, I hope you’ll take advantage of our Virtual Outfitting process.
