120 Night Comfort Promise

We want you to be comfortable in your new bed.  Here are a few tips and our promise to you – if you’re still not satisfied.  Your new mattress will take time to adjust to your body and you will need to sleep on it for a minimum of 20 nights.

However, in the event you are not comfortable within 120 nights of your original purchase, we will do our best to match you to the correct mattress.  You may exchange or return your mattress as long as you’ve followed these steps:

A mattress protector must be purchased and used or leave the mattress in its original plastic.  The foundation must remain in the plastic.

The mattress and foundation must be in original condition.

This Comfort Promise applies to mattress sets only and is not applicable to warranty exchanges and not valid on clearance center purchases, floor models, pillows, mattress protectors, power/adjustable bases, furniture or other accessories.

Restocking and/or sanitation fees may apply.  Standard transportation charges (local delivery starts at $49.99).
