Refund Policy

• All merchandise being returned will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

• To receive a refund, all merchandise must remain in original packaging. No refunds will be given for opened merchandise.

• Due to the intimate nature of bedding, certain items are nonrefundable and therefore are not returnable. These items include: Pillows, Adjustable bases, Special Orders, Sheet sets and Mattress pads.

• All sales on AS IS, Discontinued or Special Order merchandise are final.

• Any promotional merchandise received, as a “free gift” is done so under terms of maintaining the purchase. Returning the purchase will result in a retail cost being associated with promotional items, as they are non-returnable.
 
90 Night Comfort Guarantee Exchange Policy
We strive to achieve your complete satisfaction. Simply keep the protective plastic cover on your new mattress set and if within ninety nights of use you are not satisfied for any reason, we will exchange it for one of equal or greater* value, with a $53 redelivery fee, for up to 90 days from the original purchase date.

*If a mattress set of greater value is chosen, the customer will pay any difference, taxes and redelivery fees.

• The original, sealed plastic must remain on the mattress and boxspring throughout the 90-night trial period. If the plastic is removed the 90-night trial is void.

• Since it takes a short period of time to adjust to a new sleep system, it is required that you sleep on the bedding a minimum of two weeks.

• If the bedding is not satisfactory, we will exchange the set within the 90-night period provided that you choose a replacement set at comparable or greater value. There will be a redelivery fee of $53.00 on all comfort exchanges.

• No exchanges are permitted outside of the 90 day period. Comfort exchange does not apply to special order items, clearance items, floor models or merchandise sold “AS IS”.
