Company History
The company began doing business in November of 1983 out of a single retail store located in South Charleston, West Virginia. From this single location start, expansion followed in several major phases so that currently the company consists of thirty stores throughout West Virginia, Kentucky and Ohio.

Early in its history, the company operated from headquarters located on the ground floor of its Kanawha City showroom in Charleston, West Virginia. In 1987, the company purchased a three-acre site in Winfield, WV and moved its headquarters. In the fall of 1987, a 10,000 sq. ft warehouse constructed on the back section of this property. At the present time, the company is operating delivery and distribution centers in several states. Since 1993, the stores have been operating on sophisticated Point of Sale (POS) basis using software from GERS, the number one software vendor for the 100 top retailers in the country.
